What you can expect from us
Appliances: 2 years
We give a 2-year warranty on all appliances, such as built-in barbecues, fridges and burners. If something breaks with normal use, we repair or replace it.
Wood is a natural product
Wood is alive and reacts to weather, temperature and moisture. Slight movement, colour differences or hairline cracks are part of the material and are not covered by the warranty.
Our promise
Even where the warranty doesn't apply, we never leave you out in the cold. We always look together for a fair, reasonable solution.
