You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason up to 14 days after the day of receipt. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the online shop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 150 euros per package; for the exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to Buitenkeukendeal B.V., Slachthuiskade 36, 7602 CV Almelo. Should the product be damaged, or the packaging be damaged to a greater extent than necessary to sell the product, we may charge this diminished value of the product to you. Please therefore handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@buitenkeukendeal.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
